Our Story

Hey!

My name is Nate Van Kirk!

      I'm an indie pop artist out of Walla Walla, Washington  and I've been writing and producing all of my own music for the past four years. Im incredibly excited to be sharing it with the world!

      Whenever I sit down to work on a song, the first thing I think about is the setting. Who am I talking to, where does it take place, how does that effect the instrumental? Sometimes it results in a track that's overproduced as hell to cope with the uncomfortableness of what I'm talking about, and other times it leads me to use loads of foley and environmental sound effects that you'd probably expect to hear in a film.

      My goal is write songs that I'd want to listen to, for people that want to listen to them. To create something to that anyone can pick up and resonate with whenever they want. I want to make people laugh, cry, and feel a little bit less alone.
